I’m Ieva Stuikyte, a retention marketing leader and Klaviyo expert helping ecommerce brands turn first purchases into lasting relationships.

Across in-house leadership, agency consultancy, and independent advisory work, I’ve built retention functions from the ground up, guided more than 25 ecommerce brands, and developed teams and lifecycle programmes designed to create measurable, sustainable value.

Retention is not a collection of disconnected emails. It is the relationship a brand builds across onboarding, campaigns, loyalty, subscriptions, referrals, and win-back.

I combine commercial thinking with hands-on execution: auditing accounts, finding the opportunities in customer data, shaping the roadmap, and building the systems that carry it forward.
